Made a PayPal payment but PayPal says I am not protected?

    if they were for an event then it still sounds like a B2B transaction so paypal or S75 would not cover it.

    PayPal already said they will not cover my transaction, but not because of a B2B transaction, a custom-made order instead.

    Would have probably won if you filed online. They dont even read them - just side with buyer.

    That is actually true, the person who i spoke to from the claim team also admitted she wouldn't read terms and conditions and she works for PayPal.

    If i knew thats what would happen, I would definitely try to file a dispute online instead...

    No we get that, but the bit you're not getting is if you are a business (event sounds like it might be a business) then your rights are different than if you were a consumer.

    As said, your issue is with the printer.

    You state :
    I have already emailed the printer three times to explain the problem, why I cannot accept their offer, why I rejected the order and why I seek for a full refund.

    What offer?
