Ultralase Lifetime Free aftercare - paid on credit card

I had intraocular lens replacement in September and paid for the whole thing on credit card. I haven't been discharged as a patient so Optimax have said that they will pay for aftercare (and any additional treatment) until they do discharge me.
That is great news but I am still concerned about the loss of the lifetime free aftercare going forward.
As I paid for the procedure and the lifetime free aftercare on credit card, is the credit card company liable for Ultralase/Optimax's failure to provide that part of my purchase?
There is no cost at the moment but in 1, 2 or 3 years time there could be depending on the state of my eyes.
So, is the credit card company liable for this 'anticipatory' loss (even though it can't be quantified) and should I write to them and put them on notice that they are responsible and that they may have to cover costs in the future? Also, if they are liable would they be liable for life?
Can anyone help with this one please?
