The Disney Store VENT

Hi MSErs
Very disappointing experience with the Disney Store.
I placed an online order on the 1st December, for some presents for my daughter's birthday on the 11th December, including some boots she has gone mad for.
The order came on the 9th December (a day later than the maximum lead time of 5 days they advertised when I placed order)
The box was bashed on one side, and the boots were 2 sizes smaller than the size I ordered.
I emailed Disney Store. I had a reply 2 days later, I was told to take a photo of the boots and email it to them.
I did this yesterday morning, and still no response.
I told them this was urgent as my Daughter's birthday was Wednesday, and the only thing she wanted was these flaming boots.
I contacted a local store last Tuesday, who said they would try and get the right size, but still waiting to hear from them.
Feel totally let down and very angry!! I spent over £100 with these people and they don't care a hoot!

I used to love them but they closed our local Store in Peterborough sometime ago, I have never had any issues online though.0

I would recommend that you voice your displeasure on twitter. That seems to get a response from companies faster than anything else these days. They don't like the adverse publicity and might get it sorted for you more quickly.“I want to be a glow worm, A glow worm's never glum'Coz how can you be grumpy, when the sun shines out your bum?" ~ Dr A. Just an update.
Despite me Facebooking several times, I have had no response.
A Disney Store worker Pm'd me on here and said she had highlighted my complaint (16th December) still no response.
When I have time and printer access I will write to the Managing Director. This simply cannot be the service they are striving for.
Completely unacceptable.
