Praise: The Book People

Just wanted to praise the customer service at The Book People.

When my order arrived this week one of the books has a ripped front cover, so I go to the website to look at how to return and get an exchange in time for me to give it as a christmas gift.

Instead of emailing I used the Chat function, where a lovely customer services rep helped me out.

They are sending me a replacement book and have asked me to donate the ripped one to a charity shop on their behalf.

Well done The Book People! Will definitely use you again. :T

I used to use them a lot until they and yodel let me down a couple of years ago. My order placed Dec 2 arrived Jan 10 the next year. I won't use them again until they replace yodel.

I have used The Book People for a few years, and books have always arrived quickly. Just had a delivery recently and managed to get free delivery too. That was a nice gesture of them to let you donate the other book to charity.

I used them recently for their 10 Julia Donaldson books for £10 offer. Was very impressed! For once Yodel actually delivered when they should have too!
