Llloyds Account Hacked!!

Just what we need in run up to Xmas!!!
Had a call yesterday from Lloyds to confirm payments to a number of companies " Just Eat" " Strawberry Direct" etc none of which were ones we have made. Went back last 4 days and realised that in the last 3 days they had made payments enough to go over our O/D limit!
We now need to go through and see if this has been going on longer than this.
Lloyds have cancelled the card and frozen the account so no other payments can go out of it
So heres my questions
1- We have payments coming in including 2 cheques currently processing and a payment of £5000 due in next 2 days. Will this still happen?
2- Looking online it appears that it can take 5 days to get refunds, is this correct?
Luckily we had already got all our Xmas shopping done as otherwise would have been a complete nightmare of a situation

I doubt that your account has been "hacked", that would imply a wider website issue or complacency when it comes to passwords and memorable information.
Rather, someone has used your card details. Give Lloyds a ring this morning and ask them 1) and 2). They will give you an answer.tranmereforever wrote: »We now need to go through and see if this has been going on longer than this.

Where a payment from a banking customer's account was not authorised by the banking customer, a firm must, within a reasonable period, refund the amount of the unauthorised payment to the banking customer and, where applicable, restore the banking customer's account to the state it would have been in had the unauthorised payment not taken place.0 -

Thanks I meant to say card details as that would be more accurate, when we spoke to them last night the person we spoke to was the not most helpful and said she was unsure whether they would or not which is why I was wondering if anyone else had any experience with issues like thisJuly 2015 Wins- Shaun The Sheep Goody Bag, 4x Books

When I lost £91 through a fraudulent iTunes transaction my bank Natwest contacted me and refunded within the week. Excellent service on that occasion. Since then I nobly load iTunes with a gift card as an when I need it. I am sure Lloyds will be just as quick one the fraud has been registered.0
