As I mentioned it won't be as bright.
From personal experience of using the 7W warm white bulbs they are somewhere between 40 and 60 equivalent to our eyes
OP won't save 91W if they get a separate reading light as suggested but they will still save considerably for not a lot of real world light reduction IMO0
