How to use Cheap Energy Club?

I've just been trying to work out if I can get a cheaper deal on my energy bills through the Cheap Energy Club. It asks for how much I pay on my electricity either weekly/monthly/yearly and the same for my gas, but on my bill they are both charged together.
I just wondered how you find out what i'm paying for them separately either weekly monthly or yearly... Where do I look on my bill to find out?
