asda overcharged on visa refuse to refund

Luckily I still have family living in Spain and we deal with a very rural local branch where everyone is related to someone in the village and as we are locals they were happy to print out a transaction listing and hand it over to my Spanish speaking niece after i gave my authorization in my best Spanish. Anyway they have as suggested registered a reclaim of the funds as they say that this amount was requested and released to asda. Fingers crossed this will resolve the situation.

Or it will probably drop off being that it's almost a week since the initial authorisation...
