Recently switched from NPower to First Utility, and just wanted to settle the bill and close my NPower account. Was told 15mins to 26mins, but my phones battery was running out ...

Their e-mail facility seemed broken. I might just have to write a letter and hand deliver it.

PS OP, as you are going to F:U (to be fair their initials tell you all you need to know!) then if you have a smartphone think about installing WeQ4U app. You may need it whilst waiting....and waiting...and waiting in the queue (in the latest Which test F:U came last in the league table for call waiting times (yes, they ACTUALLY beat npower!)0 -
