I didn't get that email but thanks to wealdroam for the link.
I contacted the accountants at the Registered Office and was sent a Notice of proposed creditors' voluntary liquidation and a form to register my claim.
It's being dealt with by Portland Business & Support Advice

We placed an order for £630 on 3rd December, and they charged our card on the same day. Then they emailed saying they couldn't give a delivery date due to a "huge backlog", so we cancelled the order and they promised us a refund.
A week went by with no refund, so we tried calling them. The number on the website didn't work. So now alarm bells were ringing. That night we got the email. The utter utter b*****ds.
Thankfully I paid on credit card as well, so I think we're fully covered for it..?0
