Forgotten Mobile

Not sure if this falls into this category but Forgotten Mobile are a company that buy phones from charities so it kind of is.

Anyway, they also buy from companies too (which I am a director at) and they owe us for one such collection, that's not entirely the issue
though as they may have paid but do not provide breakdowns when they collect and process, but I am having trouble getting hold of any of the MDs or getting through on the office phone because I need a breakdown of each collection to sort out with our accountant.

Does anyone have any experience of this company? Or know of them?

They have dropped about 40 points on the credit check programme we use in just over a month so I have sneaking suspicions but would rather do this amicably.

I recall when they started up last year - a look at their website it appears never to have changed since it went up - even the newsfeed only features 2012 stories.

That said, I'm not clear as to whether they owe you, or took it as a donation.

Hi,

Sorry only just seen this.

They owe us and they acknowledge they owe us in several emails as they keep promising to pay.

I keep requesting breakdowns of previous collections and get fobbed off.

I fear I am wasting my time and am sending them a reminder invoice today instructing them to pay today or our company will have to seek legal advice.
