Hi
Welll I have just totted up my £1 in the jar and I have £104...so a little behind...HOWEVER...we are going away in may so I am going to put this towards spending money and start again on the first Monday we are back!!! I am also going to open my sealed pot and use that towards the spends....
Never had anything saved towards spending money before and feel quite pleased with myself!! We have another holiday in august so the next lot will be towards that and then then after that for xmas!!!Thanks for starting this...it is a great way to save xxSealed pot challenge 7...my number is 2144.....started Nov 29th ....0 -
Another £ for the pot today, seems like slow progress at the moment but at least it is going in the right direction.I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!0

Aargh massive fail i have had to borrow £10 out of pot today, i didnt want to start doing that because i know then it will be any excuse, but on the flip side it was blooming handy to have savings to be able to help me out, never had that before
will really try and pay it back on Friday

Hello LeaLea89 and welcome to the gang, won't it be great when its time to empty those lovely pots.
Don't worry freespirit66 - in my opinion that's why its good to have savings to fall back onto, hopefully you will be able to repay the pot soon and its cheaper than a bank would have charged!

Welcome lealea, :hello:
hope you enjoy saving with us, don't worry about being behind, by the end of the year we will all have more than we started with - however much that will be and that can be only all good, potted my pounds too but will wait for the weekend to update my sig.
After having a few days with no £1 coins I now seem to be back to having a few...... :j:jMeowhouse SPC #7 no 199 £560.58
