Hello everyone, #26 checking in to report a total of £84.

As I tend to use my debit card for purchases rather than cash, I don't always have £1 coins available to put in my jar, so end up having to make deposits in note form on the rare occasion I make it to a cashpoint. It would be nice to feel the jar getting heavier from a psychological perspective, but money's money, so I'm not complaining!

    Happy potting, all!

Owed both of my tins some money today as I had an empty purse since Wednesday. That was one way not to spend money :rotfl:

Anyhow am now standing at £82 in tin one and £25 in the 2nd tin.
Am a day ahead in one and a couple in the 2nd as I had no other change:o
Both tins have more notes in them than coins ATM, with either having to get change and exchange for notes, or I don't have enough change so add the money in notes when I can. So I'm a bit like you Starhut in wanting to feel the heaviness of the tin but I can't :o
