"Ulster Bank customers have been hit by the latest in a series of IT meltdowns after payments into accounts went missing."

It's interesting that the BBC, as of yet, are one of the few media outlets not to have this story on their website. A lot of other media websites do, eg UTV, Belfast Telegraph etc.
I think it's time for people to do a run on this bank, the number of times they've been down and caused people upset and distress is getting beyond a joke. Once or twice you can let them off with, but this is a sizeable enough outfit (parent company being RBS) and it really is unacceptable (in my opinion.)
I really do feel for people affected when you can no longer trust your bank to give you access to your money...0
