Has anyone received cashback moving to Flow Energy via Uswitch?
I moved to Flow Energy in July. I did this via Uswitch, with a promise of 21 GBP cashback. After 3 months of trying, Uswitch have responded to emails, saying that the cashback does not come from them, but from Flow Energy.
Has anyone received cashback through this mechanism? Did you receive a cash payment, or money off a bill?

I have talked to Uswitch and to Flow. Both say the other is responsible for the cashback. How do I proceed?
Uswitch now say I did not switch with them, despite all the confirmatory emails I have. I can no longer access the Uswitch account I have used for several years.
