The above example is for a 94 year-old client who owes just over £6K. Definitely no student loan in this instance.
You do , occasionally I'll admit, see students who are 90 odd passing some exam or other, it makes the local news. It never says they have a student loan but, presumably, they are entitled. Is there a reasonable ability to repay clause in these loans?The only thing that is constant is change.0 -

Can't see why not! Unfortunately, in my example, my client has now departed this world and I will have no further opportunity to ask her.0 -
