INR cases refunded what next?

I refunded a couple of buyers at the start of the week because they had not received their items, now their purchases have gone back into unpaid and eligible for NPB - what do I do, just archive them?
Also a bit odd but one of the INR cases had actually ordered 2 items and paid separately, but I posted the items together and only one case open on one of the items, I can't help thinking she actually received them both...
