I have a Mastercard with a CC provider, is it possible to make an application with the same provider for a visa card to take advantage of their 9 months 0% rate ? Thanks

In principle yes but all CC companies will have their own rules on such things. Phone the CC company and ask them.God save the King!

Generally if you already have one CC with a company they will let you take out another, as long as your record is satisfactory. However you probably won't be able to transfer your balance from one to another, for obvious reasons!0
