Eon Service Agreement Problem-Head Office Telephone Number Required

Eon Energy Services have let us down again...we have waited nearly four weeks for them to visit to repair the themostat on our radiator as they kept messing up our appointments...today the engineer spent 30 seconds repairing it and left. Tonight, our radiator doesn't work and they have told me we have to wait another week for them to turn up. I've already written to head office complaining about the length of time it's taken to get an engineer and just got their standard reply saying they are dealing with my complaint....I desparately want to ring their head office office now but I just can't seem to get a phone number....has anyone got an idea how to find this out?
Pls not Eon have sold this part of the business so it is not the same head office now.

I'm sorry you're having problems with your heating. As you say, we sold this part of the business earlier in the year.
This was to a new independent company called Home Energy Services.
I do understand why you think we're still involved because the E.ON brand can be seen on vans, correspondence, engineer's uniforms etc. This will continue for a short time yet as part of the transition between the two companies. Eventually, the E.ON brand will be replaced by that of the new company.
They also continue to appear on our website. You can find the contact details you're looking for there. They're under Products and Services/Central Heating Care.
Home Energy Services have taken over all our former Central Heating contracts, both practically and administratively. I posted more about this change on the link below (post 10).
