Interparcel.com and Citylink - compensation problem

Please can anyone advise me regarding my compensation claim? I purchased a toy from ELC in the summer and it was never used/opened. I sold it on Gumtree and sent it with Interparcel via Citylink. I paid for enhanced cover of £100 on top of the postage price. The parcel has now been declared lost, they delivered it to the…

Thanks, you're right, it should not be about what I paid for the item from ELC. This sale is between the lady and myself as long as I can prove she paid £100 and that is what I am loosing out on due to them not delivering the parcel, it should be okay? I have proof of payment. No doubt they will try to still say they need proof of what I paid for it!
