Would this letter be okay for the credit ref agency?

Okay guys

as you guys may know I have recently had my CCJ removed/ set aside from my credit reference. I have now recieved the certificate to verify this.

What shall I write to the credit reference agency. would something like the following be sufficient?

'I am writing to to request you to ammend my credit file.

I recieved a CCJ by XYZ at XYZ date. The money/ debt has been paid full to XYZ.

The Court has ordered that the CCJ to be set aside. therefore it needs to be reomved from my credit file. I have enclosed the CCJ set aside certificate issued by XYZ court at XZY date.

If you require any further information please contact me.

Unlikely that the credit reference agencies will remove the CCJ until they receive confirmation from the registry trust to remove it.

The court will tell the registry trust and they then tell the credit reference agencies.

But if you do want to try sending a letter then the wording seems reasonable, although you may put...
I recieved a CCJ "in favour of XYZ" or "from ABC court"

I see . thanks for that!

But i asked the court ( the admin team). wheather they will write to the cred ref agencies or would I need to do it myself.
They said I will need to do that myself.
How can I contact the registery trust? also is it a lengthy process??

My understanding is that it will happen automatically - you could contact the registry trust for advice though - http://www.trustonline.org.uk/understand-judgments-fines/set-aside-a-judgment/
