Cardiff Estate Agent recommendations please!

Going to be selling my house in Cardiff and I'm out of the loop re: estate agents and how they are viewed. Anyone had any good or bad experiences? Ones to avoid? Also conveyancing solicitor recommendations would be grand too!

We bought our place through PABlack in town. They were brilliant. Generally found their sister branches of Peter Alan ok; also John Williams in Llandaff very nice. As a viewer I was most inclined to contact these.0

We sold recently in Cardiff using Harry Harper.
We got lots of viewings and sold at a good price within 2 months.
They are quite reasonably priced compared to most of their peers.In case you hadn't already worked it out - the entire global financial system is predicated on the assumption that you're an idiot:cool:0 -
