Ear drops for cat.

Had my cat to the vet and she gave me two lots of ear drops as he has mites. Told her I live alone so might be difficult getting them in. He will not tolerate being wrapped in towel. So any other ideas welcome.

I know you are supposed to keep these things in the fridge, but I found that they were better tolerated at room temperature. I never restrained my cat, just snuck up on him, or lulled him into a false sense of security by administering a good head and ear massage,,,,,:D

Thank you paddy paws 101. I did all you mentioned last night. Lol. Even if I don't manage to get it in twice a day a least once is better than nothing. He lies beside in a evening so got some in while he was sleeping.

Also have to stop his wet food and give him Purina as he is a little overweight. They tried to push their own dried food but I said no. They said Whiskas was not very good wet cat food. Have got some Whiskas dried so might just give him that and a pouch now and then as a treat.

I find that mine are a bit better if I warm up the drops to body temperature (holding them in my hand). He still hates it, and I've got to hold him to get them in.
