How to play downloaded content in BBC Iplayer for Android?

I see that the Iplayer Android app allows you to download programs for offline viewing, do any one knows if there is an option to play the downloaded programs one after another automatically i.e to start the first program and when that is finished to hop to next one in the downloaded list? (like in VLC or other media players for example)

I want to load some content to my Nexus 7 so the kids can watch it in the car when we go to visit the olds on xmas (on a headrest mount and the trip is about two hours) but the kiddies programs are short (max 12 minutes) and I can't see myself pressing the back button every time a program is finished just so I can start a new one (while driving that is). Any ideas?
Five exclamation marks the sure sign of an insane mind!!!!!
