The Ltd. Company is a seperate entity to your husband, if the company is using your equipment then you could invoice the company for the costs ie the £35k and when he fails to pay issue a winding up petition to cease trading.
Depending on what you wanted you could rent the equipment to the company and draw income from it each month.
He will cease trading and open up in a new name and i will lose my 35k?0 -
Nope you don't lose the assets because they still belong to you as a sole trader and you just snatch them back through the courtsdoggydogdog wrote: »He will cease trading and open up in a new name and i will lose my 35k?It's not just about the money0 -

Surely this is theft of property by the new ltd business?
You have proof that the loan you secured purchased the equipment?, then I would assume you could provide this as proof of ownership to the police and have your husband, Other woman and AN Other arrested for theft?
In the meantime, you need to communicate with the loan company and seek legal advice, because that is what your husband will be doing, don't wait for him to call the shots.0 -

It is not a domestic; it is blatant theft.
Report the theft and give both their names as consiprators.
Do you have business insurance? If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0 -
Not unless the company tried to record them as assets.Surely this is theft of property by the new ltd business?
At the moment the action would be against the husband although the fact that he was an officer of the new company would amount to probable cause. It's not just about the money0 -

Even if the company didn't own them the OP personally did, it's theft. (I'm sure you know that and are just rplying to the other poster)
OP GO TO THE POLICE, it's theft either way.

At the moment it's the husband who seems to be using the equipment to further "his own company" but untill "his own company" registers them as assets then any action regarding the theft will have to be against the husband not the Limited Company. It's not just about the money0
