I tried the 0800 number but was told that they have nothing left. Does it matter what number you call? The person I spoke to didn't sound very sure so I got my brother to phone, he was told the same thing but the agent was rude and put the phone down on him.

Is it just me getting the muppets? Other people seem to be able to book (I could hear the other agents) and they were well behind me in the sequence.

Anyone know the e-mail address for customer relations? We may be calling about a free holiday but surely the agents should still be polite. I have thought about going to Pontins before but have heard some very mixed reviews so I thought that the offer would be perfect.

Hi folks goods news for some lucky person but bad luck for myself. I cannot get friday the 29th and monday the 2nd off work just being smart !!!!!!s. I have the booking number which is for 2 people in prestayn I am not sure how to go about giving it to someone who has missed out on this great offer. If someone has the answer they are more tahn welcome to the weekend break
