My brother was told the same - doesnt have a credit card to pay so I phoned and spoke to nice lady at call centre - they are waivering the £5 supplement (at prestatyn at least - not sure about rest)

Hi I Went To Hemsby Earlier This Year Chalets Are Basic And Bed Settee Really Uncomfortable In The Basic Chalets Club Alittle Better. However I Liked Area Plenty To Do. Nice Swimming Pool And Club Ok.
Believe It Or Not I Had Already Booked For Camber Sands In A Club Chalet But My Friends Are Now Joining Us On This Freebie For 2nd July. We Have Club They Have Classic What Is It Like There?
