Gadbury Flakes

Hi, the wife bought a 4 pack of Gadbury Flakes from Morrisons 2 days ago. She was just about to open them tonight, and noticed there was only 2 in the sealed packet.

Question is, do we take them back to Morrisons or send them back to Gadbury's ?

    Do you mean this:

If so, the maker is Cadburys. ;)

Take it back to the shop for a refund/replacement if it is still sealed.

    Oh dear.

Looks like you might be about 90p out of pocket then.

Out of interest, how did your wife not notice the soft pack was only half full?
It's not a box, it is a thin soft wrapper.

Just send a quick email to Cadbury. I did this once when I bought a pack of buttons that was practically empty. They sent an apology and a £2.50 voucher.
That said, after sending the email I did think that perhaps I should get out more.

I always find Sainsbury's donuts are like this too, it says 5 on the box, but lo and behold, you get them home and there are only 4 in there.

My husband says I should complain as it happens every week, without fail, but well, I don't like to make a fuss, there's always the very slight possibility that one just 'fell out' while I was putting them in the car ;)

Nothing to lose by emailing Cadbury and seeing what they say. On two separate occasions we've got a packet of crisps out of a multipack bag, opened them, and found no crisps inside! Emailed Crisp-Maker Ltd to tell them, got apologies and vouchers sufficient to buy more crisps.

And how many packs of Buttons would that buy you?

We had a pot of Ambrosia custard go off so when we opened it, it looked like a pot of brains - looked disgusting. They sent an explanation of how it could've happened and £3 voucher, enough to buy 4 pots worth - why would I be entitled to more?
