Hi , i have a contract phone with talk mobile , my bill this month has come in at £40.00 , is usually only £7.50 . I have called them and they have said that i have used 800 mb of data .
I have checked data usage on my phone by going into settings and i have only used 90 mb . Talk mobile tell me there is no way for me to check data usage , when there clearly is . Just looking for some advice on what i should do .

Are you sure you are looking at the data usage for the period concerned? iOS and Android can filter the display of usage down to certain periods, for example the last 5 days.
The data usage counter on a phone can also be zero'd either manually or automatically by the phone during bootup housekeeping.0 -

Can they not break down the usage and pinpoint it to any sources for you, this may jog your memory. They can itemise your calls, not sure if they can do the same with your usage but ask them anyway.0 -
