If the hob is gas then the cooker's electricity consumption will not be so great, however you can check by looking on the cooker's rating plate for the oven's electric Kw rating.
Bearing in mind that an electric kettle can use 2 or 3Kw then an electric oven will certainly use quite a bit more than this.
On checking Belling's website I found that although they don't give a Kw rating for their electric ovens they state that a grill can use up to 2.7Kw.

a kettle can use 2-3kw? you mean an hour?

I've not used my oven tonight so I'll see if there is a drop tomorrow when I check.

just checked the oven, it's built in so I can't see any plate.

just take a reading, turn everything off apart from oven, cook and take a reading, it will probably average nearer 1kw over an hours cooking time.

kettles are generally 2kw to 3kw per hour it's on, each boil of a full kettle costs about 2 - 2.5p, so boil what you need when you need it.
