basically i ordered a tub chair from this company online on 18th nov and they said delivery within 7 days, over 100 phone calls later and still NO chair. the calls get put through to a call centre that is nothing to do with the address in southampton.i just want to warn other people do not buy off this website, they ask for a bank transfer which i wont be doing again. there are now reviews on another website of other peoples experience all of which are not good. if anyone else had experience with these people please post below what date you ordered, order number and what date you have recived your item. this is now being handled by trading standards.
