what is the virgin website for downloads?
How do I put the codes in etc? Sorry I haven't done this before!

You should have an email and the link for the site is in the email. When you have chosen the song(s) you want and the buy page loads you should (copy &) paste the code into the space provided and it shouldn't charge you! If you haven't already registered it might not let you as they are closing tomorrow. (I think that's the gist of it, someone else might have more precise info!).
