PinkLady the downloads are really easy to use - you need to create an account with Virgin first here http://www.virgindigital.co.uk/, login, choose the music you require, go to checkout and copy and paste the code from your email into the box on the right handside of the page it will then take the cost of the music track off your balance. You can then download the music to your computer. Its all straight forward and talks you through what you need to do! Hope this helps

  • Do you have to cash in them all individually or can I do them all at once? I have 55 to use. Does anyone know if they have an expiry date on them?

Yes you can use them all (or lots anyway) in one go, just keep adding in the codes after one has gone through and you'll see your total cost go down.

I had a problem when trying to download all the tracks from one album, and it wouldn't accept the codes: when I deleleted one track it then let me finish adding the codes, and then I added the track again (hope that makes sense).

    Don't know about expiry dates though:confused: .

Just clear your cookies and cache, close down the browser and keep trying - I won 2 downloads this morning after doing this.
