That's a question only you can answer.
I have only been chomping a week if that, but the way I look at it is like this. If I have nothing better to do, or nothing needs doing round the house once I finished work. I comp and that's the only time. And I have now become selective in what I enter, so if I win it's rewarding to me.
It is completely luck and I wouldn't become to disillusioned with it all, there was a post this week titled "1st win in 18 months" and I would expect there are a lot of others who have never won at all.
Good luck in whatever you decideStarted advent comps 04.12.2013

Hi, I have not been doing competitions for long - since August. I'm enjoying it and it's very addictive!
I think if you want to enter competitions in the longer term you need to prioritise what you enter so your comping fits into your free time. That way you can carry on but make sure you are not missing out on any thing in "real life". Any competition win is a bonus.0 -
My advice would be don't comp for hours on end rather spend a hour or two on comps that interest you. That way you done feel as bad just the lottery rather spending millions and only getting afew pounds, spend a few pounds and get millions.0

we all have low spots, looking at the signature you seem to have had a good share of wins. I have not had anything for a month or so but hey -ho I am still comping. It is just the luck of the draw. I do sometimes have a day off comping though when I feel a bit disolusioned.
Here's to luck for you soon.0 -
If you turn it in to a chore you will get bored of it. I have just had my first win in months!! It has been a really dry spell... but it comes in waves. You'll have a month where you'll win a few things and then another where you don't win anything! xThis is a system account and does not represent a real person.
