Mighty Deals orders vanishing from account

I have not received 2 items from Mighty Deals, a tablet and a phone bank, after the 20 working days delivery time.
Customer service ( Helena ) said I had not redeemed them (I had of course) and did so for me but they still did not arrive. Rang Customer service again after another 20 working days and he said I had not redeemed them but agreed I had when given previous reference. He said he would check with the distributor and contact IT re the orders no longer appearing on my account. I did not receive the promised email with the reference number and the original ticket has not been updated.
Screen still says I have no orders and I cannot contact Customer Service by phone despite waiting ages. There has been no refund.
I have had some orders from the company which went well but it seems that if something goes wrong the system is not geared to cope with it. I am hoping an email to [EMAIL="customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk"]customerfeedback@mightydeals.co.uk[/EMAIL] may get a useful response. Are others seeing the orders being cleared from the account despite having been paid for?

I had (still have) the same issue. I ordered a tablet, redeemed it, and waited. And waited... That was back in October, and I'm still waiting. All of a sudden, the items have conveniently vanished from my account, simply stating 'no deals purchased' despite having an email trail to confirm otherwise.
They simply ignore what you write in emails and send default ones back, which are no help. Impossible to contact via phone as well.
Avoid at all costs - someone won't be getting a Christmas present now....0 -
UPDATE: the phone line is now not working at all, you can't even get in a queue ....0
