    why not leave the boiler where it is while the extension's being built. It's ok until the windows and door go in.

    then have it put in the new kitchen.

    This is what I had done when my extension was built.

    Yes if you go above first floor you get Ghey water and have transgender issues and your granny could turn into your grandpa
