Title says it all really.
Ordered Dyson hand-held vacuum cleaner which upon opening was damaged (although exterior packaging wasn't).
Very smooth returns process - collected (at no cost) from the door the following day by Yodel.
Had to re-order the vacuum (even though they had my money they couldn't do a replacement) but I was able to use a 20% discount code as a first order - so the replacement ended up costing less than the original order!
Given Wed 11th as a delivery date. Arrived on 4th by Yodel.
Maybe Yodel have turned a corner (or my local guy that delivered the original, collected the faulty unit and delivered the replacement is one of the good 'uns).
So, a big thumbs-up for both Very and Yodel from me.
