Children's magazine subscriptions - Octonauts

Hi there - I'm thinking of buying a year's subscription to the children's magazine "Octonauts", but I'm struggling to find a good deal.
On the copies I've seen it's either £2.50 or £2.99 per issue, but subscriptions are charging almost £50 for 12 issues, which would be over £4 each.
Now I know that they would have to cover postage, but I guess I'm used to the good subscription deals on glossy magazines (I remember getting a year's subscription to Marie Claire once for £12:D).
I've checked a few past copies of the magazine and not seen any "subscribe direct" deals.
Does anyone have any idea of where I might be able to get a better deal? Or at least not end up paying too much over the regular price?
TIA

Thanks - that's the one I found. £48.99 seems a bit steep for 12x£2.99 magazines though...0
