    Send him a letter before action giving him 14 days to refund and arrange collection or you'll issue court proceedings against him.

    Keep the letter simple and straight to the point. Items don't conform to contract under SoGA so you are requesting a full and immediate refund.

    If he's said about ts not telling him how to run his business in email.....keep copies of those emails for court ;) I daresay its not going to amuse a district judge as they generally don't like when people are unreasonable in their actions and have a blatant disregard for law.
