Its not a claim , its a complaint
What are your reasons for complaint?0 -
Not really sure to be honest, keep on getting calls from random company's and recently got paperwork sent out from a company called money active ltd, looks like a scam, but got me wondering was ppi taken outa my credit card0

If you have PPI it will appear as a separate entry on every credit card statement where there is a balance outstanding. If it's not there you haven't got it. Not that having PPI in itself is a bad thing, you have to be able to show that it was mis-sold before you can submit a complaint.0

Just to be completely accurate, the OP's complaint needs to show it was mis-sold-he doesn't need to show it was mis-sold prior to complaining!safestored4 wrote: »you have to be able to show that it was mis-sold before you can submit a complaint.
