Shell Drivers Club - points not credited?

It's been a while since I logged into my account on the shell drivers club, so thought I would to see if there's any offers (well, you never know).
As they don't award the points for bonus vouchers until a few months later I have a stack of receipts here that I have kept to check later.
Anyhow, I checked the transactions to ensure that all the expected points have been awarded for the base spend, only to find a few missing.
Has anyone else spotted any missing points from their accounts?

I had to ring them to chase mine as I'd not received my voucher but my points had vanished
I had a new voucher arrive 3 days later.
