Can Anyone Help !!! Im Confused!!!

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
Hi Ive received a General Form Of Judgment or Order. saying i have till the 2nd July to file and serve on Natwest a Reply to Defence. I dont know what to do , as.....

it says that i have till 2nd july to serve the reply

then it says that the claim shall be stayed until july 23 rd.

then it says the defendant will have till august 6th to file and serrve a schedule

then i got another bit of papere saying be in court for the august 20th !!!

HELP !!! Really will appreciate any thoughts on this!:confused:
