what am I doing wrong ?

Hi,

I bought these leads http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/images/B000Q4NJNU/sr=1-2/qid=1182522666/ref=dp_image_0/026-1122137-6148464?ie=UTF8&n=560798&s=electronics&qid=1182522666&sr=1-2 to plug into my archos with the view of being able to watch any films / shows on my tv. I can get audio but no pictures. I have plugged them to the av3 connection on my tv. Was I mislead by the blurb on the leads i.e able to view your pics/ films on the archos through your tv ? Or am I doing something wrong ? Can anyone help ?

the three leads are correct as you have audio left and right(red and white one) and also the video cable(yellow). I can only guess reading the manual and try switching through all the av channels using the button that looks like an arrow in a box

could be talking rubbish here so forgive me if i am, dont the latest archos machines allow you to watch copied dvds on the player itself but will not output it onto tvs etc due to digital rights management ?
