  • A bit late this week (currently off work with a kidney infection *blech* so not really on top of things)

On Saturday we had gammon steaks we had brought back from our favourite butcher in Devon on holiday last month, with jacket potatoes, red and orange peppers and flat mushrooms.
Sunday night we had HM perky turkey soup (cooked turkey pieces, onion, garlic, chilli, ginger, soy sauce, red pepper, mushrooms and homemade chicken stock) with mini pitta breads
Tonight is HM cauliflower and green bean curry with homemade naan breads (or na-na bread as my OH calls it...some people never grow up huh?)
Tomorrow night is HM chorizo and chickpea soup with green olive bread from the local farm shop
Wednesday night is HM cheesy beany pie (a red kidney bean base with onions, garlic, tinned tomatoes, chilli and herbs, and a mashed potato topping with cheddar cheese mixed in)
Thursday is HM butterbean soup (YES, MORE SOUP!!! I'm trying to use up what's in the freezer and cupboards especially while I'm stuck at home...the thought of venturing to Tesco with a kidney infection is enough to turn me into a homicidal maniac at the moment :D)
Friday: Not a !!!!!!!' clue right now! Hopefully will be back in the swing of things by then!
