privacy guard crdit report

hi guys i have recently signed up to privacy guard which i have done through my current account with natwest. now after checking my credit report it says i have a credit score of 763 which it says is fair but the only thing showing on my credit report is my nat west account but i know there is a hell of alot more than that anyone have any idea why nothing else is showing on my report???

Perhaps they're on your other reports? Which one does privacy guard check?0

Hello there.
Do you know which credit reference agency is being used to provide the data? You may find that Natwest use an agency which isn't used by your creditors. There are three credit reference agencies, there is no rule that you creditors have to use any of them - although most usually process information on at least one, often more.
It could be that your data is imply being held by a different credit reference agency.

Check that the PG account was set up using your full and accurate six year address history. If it wasn't, take steps to update your member profile. If is was, raise a query asking why some of your accounts appear to be missing.
