Not very often, but probably more often than if I lived in an urban area. You may be right about the 650, but have you actually looked at the reviews of it? Try this one for starters.

There are many kinder reviews, and many alternatives to choose from - it's just a phone, a relatively cheap one, surely the most important part is that it calls, it rings, it records messages!!
