Find and replace not working in Word 2010

I've got a name in a 34 page story I want to change but the find and replace isn't working. I've tried all sorts of combinations, highlighting all, not highlighting all etc. I have even done a repair on Word and rebooted but no go. Any ideas?

While we await the answer to that one, the only other question I would ask is:
What is the name you are searching for?

1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
