Let me know if it's not worked?

I sent the boots back on Monday so they would have received them yesterday. I don't see how else I could get my refund?

What do you suggest I do if I haven't had my cheque within a reasonable amount of time? And what would be a reasonable amount of time?

Surely they can't renege on their offer? I've accepted it to my detriment - standard contract law no?

that was a little tongue in cheek, I am sure they will send you a refund :)
  • I got my refund!! Yay!! They eventually sent me the cheque - although they left off my first name so I wasn't sure it would clear at the bank, but it did.
