Not an online service, but I know of & had dealings with a solicitor's that operate via phone/post. Their average legal charge is £300+ vat & disbersments (sp?).

Cunnington's solicitors, operating convayancing services as Direct Dial Conveyancing. Enquiries & quote line 0800 9777 887
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

You say your noth bothered by slow conveyancing as you are selling only.

I sold only, and my sols were very slow and not the best at all. It was very frustrating and my buyers were not amused. You dont want your buyers to pull out, so make sure you get someone reputable or recommended. I cant recommend mine lol but they were 450 inc vat for everything. ( that was a double leasehold as it was a shared ownership flat, so pay slightly more)
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

Just because you are selling only does not mean that you don't need to have a good service. When I was selling only, my solicitor attempted to make a payment from the sale proceeds to a bank to pay off a mortgage on the property that had actually been paid off years ago. Only caught it in time because I was meeting with the solicitor in person.

I've signed up with Fishers solicitors using the YBS site. We're still in the early stages of selling but so far so good. Forms have been sent out quickly and I can track the progress online and receive emails when anything is updated. It's also been really easy to get hold of the person dealing with my sale when I've needed to contact her.

Like you we are a sale only and the quote was very reasonable with lots of positive feedback on the site. Hope it's real feedback :o

What I like about it is it is lots of individual solicitors, not a 'warehouse' where things are more likely to get lost. The tracking is first class
