My first shop for £100 was delievered on Wednesday. Half of the items were not delivered leaving a balance of £39! I specifically ordered 3 boxes of nappies and nappy wrapper cartridges- these were all that I really needed. Needless to say no nappy cartridges arrived and one box of the wrong size nappies was delievered (I order a box of 86 size 4, but received 50 size 5!) but charged the same price.

This is the fun part. I called the help line- was offered a £10 refund for the wrong nappies and to keep the product FOC or they would redeliver the next day and collect the unwanted item and bring the correct nappies. I waited allday nothing came! Phoned customer services again- yes they called the branch don't know why they didn't ring me or redeliver. They can't do anything about it. So I ring the branch- manager will look into it. He rings back today, and offers to refund the nappies only once the have collected the wrong nappies!

What pi**ed me off is that he says the call centre has no log of my first call! Strange how I can call twice each time they see 'from the system' that I have problems! Why didn't I just accept the refund in the first place I don't know. I said this to the manager- but no he said thats not possible!

Anyone know who I can complain to please?
